Bill Payment

Sequoyah County Rural Water District #4 offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers including online, mobile app, drop box, U.S. mail and telephone. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

 

*** Please Note:  If service has been disconnected for non-payment, payments to restore service must be received in the office prior to 3:00 pm to ensure same-day reconnection.  If you are making an online payment to restore service, please call the District office at 918-774-9869 before 3:00 pm.  If payment is made after 3:00 pm, reconnections will be done the next business day.  

 

Online Payments

Click the "PAY YOUR BILL NOW" button to access our online payment site.  You can pay by checking or savings account, or credit card or debit card. You can make a one-time payment or set up Auto-Pay for automated recurring payments.  You can also print receipts. 

The first time you use the site, you will need to register.  Please have your account number handy and your name is it appears on your account.  After registering, payments are an easy 3-step process. 

Mobile App Payments

Download “PSN Payments” from the App Store® or Google Play™. If you registered online first, use those login credentials.

We use Payment Service Network to process our payments. PSN has been certified as maintaining the highest level of security as required by the credit card industry.

*NOTE FOR ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS: A convenience fee of $1.00 is added to checking and savings account payments and 2.75% (+50¢ if under $100) is added to credit and debit card payments.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.  Payments should be mailed to:

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Recurring ACH Debit Authorization form and drop it off at our office, along with a voided check.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Office Payments

You may pay your bill by phone, drop box or in person at our office. Our office is open Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm (closed for lunch from noon to 1pm).  We accept cash, check, debit/credit cards and money orders.
